Belgian consortium paves the way for electronic invoicing

On 14 February, DigiCrowd was born. DigiCrowd is a consortium of Belgian companies that wants to put Belgium’s corporate sector on the European digital map before the end of this year. Its ambition is to convince 100.000 companies to go for a complete digital electronic invoicing flow.

The initiators CodaBox, Sage, Wolters Kluwer en WinBooks support the Belgian government by creating a foundation for digitization at corporate level.

The DigiCrowd project wants to help entrepreneurs and accountants:

  • to collaborate more efficiently
  • to simplify their administration
  • to help create a centralized document library
