SignHere: a new solution for digital signatures

Partnership with Connective to accelerate transition to digital accounting

Isabel Group announces SignHere today – a solution for digital signatures – at Forum for the Future, Belgium’s leading conference and trade show for accountants and finance professionals. The solution entirely digitizes the signature flow between accounting firms and their clients and is a collaboration between Isabel Group and Connective, a key provider of identity services and digital signature solutions.

With SignHere, finance professionals and accountants can sign, approve and distribute any document that requires a signature in an easy and secure digital way. The solution eliminates the back-and-forth paper chase and last-minute coordination between accounting professionals and their clients in getting documents signed. As a result, accounting firms and their SME clients save valuable time and benefit from better and faster collaboration.

Typical documents used by accounting firms requiring multiple signatures include mandate letters, shareholder agreements, annual reports, and reports of general assemblies. Although SignHere has been created with accounting firms and fiduciaries in mind, it can be used by any organization that deals with high volumes of paper documents. Over time, Isabel Group and Connective will market SignHere in other document-intensive vertical markets, such as the insurance, travel, legal and HR sectors.

SignHere provides options to sign documents digitally via email, text message (SMS), Belgian eID card (.beID) and Itsme®. The solution is powered by Connective technology and will be marketed to accounting firms by CodaBox – a subsidiary of Isabel Group.

Nicolas Métivier, CEO of Connective, says: “We’re strong believers in digital transformation and we see the collaboration between Connective and Isabel Group as a great way to accelerate the transition to digital accounting. With SignHere, the traditional process of printing, scanning and emailing back documents to collect signatures will become completely redundant and digital accounting will be within immediate reach of every finance professional and accounting firm in Belgium.”

Jean de Crane, CEO, Isabel Group comments: “Our clients in accounting firms face a massive opportunity to change and improve the way they work using technology. At Isabel Group we want to bring together the best technologies available and offer an integrated ecosystem through which finance professionals can do away with day-to-day hassle and streamline their work, leveraging fintech solutions.”

SignHere will be available for accounting firms early 2019.
