Isabel Group is a Top Employer for the second consecutive year

We are proud to announce that we have been recognised as a Top Employer in Belgium for the second year on a row.

This certification showcases our organisation’s dedication to a better world of work, and we exhibit this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices audit. This audit covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including Business Strategy, Values, Leadership, People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

At Isabel Group, we strive for excellence on all levels in our organisation which resulted in the HR Excellence Award for Category Mobile Workplace and the Link2Fleet award for best Mobility Policy and now the extension of our Top Employer certificate.

Having achieved these awards and certificates is fantastic, but our drive is not collecting awards. Our motivation is to see tangible results in quality of work for our colleagues who are all unique and have unique needs to be successful.

The programme has certified and recognised over 2,300 Top Employers in 121 countries/regions across five continents.

More info on the programme you can find here: https://www.top-employers.com/en/

The mix of offering flexibility in how and where you work, how you organise your benefits, how you develop your customised learning path whilst encouraging intrapreneurship, supports our “one-size-does-not-fit-all” approach.
