Isabel Group is committed to conducting its activities with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In this respect, Isabel Group complies with the Law of 28 November 2022 on the protection of persons who report breaches of European Union law or national law within a legal entity in the private sector.

Isabel Group has set up an internal reporting mechanism and procedure for its staff members (employees, contractors, trainees, etc.) to report information about actual or potential unethical or illegal conduct. Isabel Group commits to protecting them when they do so, by among others, prohibiting any form of retaliation.

Third parties may also report information that they have obtained outside the professional context through the same mechanism and benefit from the same protection when reporting a breach in the areas of:

· financial services, products and markets; and
· the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
